Mike Flint was an excellent builder to work with from day 1. We wanted a custom home with features not often found in other homes on the market: wrap around front porch, large back porch, casement windows, tall baseboards, a basement, and shiplap. Mike looked at our plans, was excited about the project, and gave us a cost estimate to build our house. His builder’s fee was about half that of the two prior builders we had researched. He started construction within 1 week of signing the construction loan and was very knowledge on every aspect of construction, making us feel very confident throughout the process. With his many years of experience in home construction, he often had multiple options to contribute. If he thought there was an alternative we might prefer but hadn’t considered, he always brought it to our attention. Mike was careful to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, helped us find the best price for the material. and was happy to address any questions or concerns we had along the way. He was on the construction site nearly every day for 5 months. Our house was completed within about a week of the projected date, and our projected cost was very close to the final price. He made our dream home a reality!

I always dreamed of living in a brand new home, but as second time home buyers who were just desperate to get out of the country we didn’t want to take the time to build. As luck would have it, Flint Homes had a brand new home in Levelland (actually his first home in our town) hit the market and I immediately knew it had to be mine! It was the most beautiful home I had ever seen and I immediately envisioned raising my kids there. From start to finish of the buying process things went flawlessly. Mike was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was always willing to lend a helping hand or advice. Even 3 years later he always picks up the phone when I call with silly questions. I’ve already told him he will be building my next home in a few years. I am so blessed that we have been able to call this home “home” for the past 3 years and I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a builder!
