I’m a Cost-Plus Builder with over 30 years of experience and knowledge. I can build your dream home on your lot or assist you in finding a lot. I deal with sub-contractors and suppliers to get you the most house for the money. You can provide your own custom floor plan or use one of mine. I am not a volume builder, so I am at your job site daily and take phone calls whenever you have any questions. I will put a budget together prior to construction so you know what each phase of the home will cost and how your money is spent.
